I own the artwork, so I may do whatever I wish with the art. This includes posting the artwork on social medias, including it in my portfolio, etc.
You may repost an image but with proper credit. You cannot claim it as your art!
I will send you the full resolution image after the commission is complete with my signature somewhere small on it.
I reserve the rights to cancel/decline an order if I don't feel comfortable drawing it or you have proven too troublesome in any way.
You may print out the commission as long as its for personal use ONLY and NOT for sale.
Please DO NOT ask me to draw in a different style. If you commission me, it's because you like my work. I am open to color palate suggestions and general theme/direction pointers.
Please credit my twitter " iorikitt " in the title/description of uploads on social media.

Completed forms are considered first. Please make sure to email me the fill-out commission form.
References must be full-color and clear. If there are no references, it counts as a character design, and it will be an additional fee.
If your character is extremely detailed, I have the right to charge extra. This will be stated before you send the payment. You may switch out the character if you do not want to pay for detailed charges or cancel the commission (as its not started yet).
After sending an email to me to discuss the commission, I will send you an invoice through Paypal. I will receive full payment before starting the commission.

Commissions may take 2 weeks - 1 month depending on my work schedule. If you need it sooner, please let me know and I may try to accommodate you.
I can do small changes to the finished piece like color adjustments or details I may have forgot.
Any major changes to the commission will require an extra charge: pose change, outfit change, background change, additional object/person/animal added, or anything that requires me to redraw it completely.
It is your responsibility to include all details of your commission in your form. If its an error on my part (I missed a detail that you provided on the order), I will make changes accordingly.
Make sure to be clear in your order what you are aiming for and provide as many references as possible.
I don't tend to send WIP pics unless I feel the need to or am asked to. If you would like WIP pics, please don't hesitate to ask!
The sketch is your chance to tell me what you want changed/altered: expression, detail, pose, etc. I try my best to capture your vision, but I do make mistakes.
Disrespectful/abusive commissioners will have their order canceled with a refund based on how much of the artwork has been completed already.
